Road Construction Department (RCD), Jharkhand has issued a tender for the widening and strengthening of a key section of the Hazaribag Bypass.
The proposed work covers upgrading the existing road to a four-lane configuration, covering a total length of 9.284 km—from the starting point of the Hazaribag Bypass to its endpoint along the old National Highway alignment. The contract is to completed ta cost of Rs 106.85 crore.
The project falls under the Central Road and Infrastructure Fund (CRIF) scheme for the year 2025–26 and is aimed at improving road capacity, safety, and connectivity in the Hazaribagh region.
The last date for submission of bids is 04August, 2025.
