Silvassa Municipal Council has issued a tender to appoint an engineer-cum-project management consultant for the development of integrated solid waste management projects.

These projects at Silvassa Municipal Council will be implemented through the design-build-finance-operate-transfer (DBFOT) mode. The appointed consultant will be responsible for overseeing the entire process, from planning and design to construction and operation, ensuring that the projects are completed efficiently and sustainably. The initiative aims to improve waste management infrastructure in Silvassa and promote eco-friendly practices. The tenure for the project is five years, during which the consultant will monitor the performance of the project and ensure that the objectives are met.

The closing date for bid submissions is 30 January, 2026.
