Hong Kong-based flexible workspace provider The Executive Centre (TEC) is looking to add 3,00,000 sq. ft. in India in 2024, on the back of solid demand.
Viewing India as one of the fastest-growing markets, the company aims to enhance its presence further by offering premium flexible workspaces equipped with modern amenities, personalised services, at Grade-A locations, to be at the forefront of the dynamic segment.
Globally, the company has achieved a record-breaking revenue of USD 315 million (Rs 2,603 crore) representing a 11.2 percent year-on-year (YoY) growth, and TEC India delivered 32 percent YoY growth in revenue, with the opening of eight new centres across the country. Moreover, the average occupancy of TEC’s flexible workspaces stood at 92 percent, showing customer satisfaction and the growing trend towards flexible workspaces.
TEC India's expansion will be driven across six cities - Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, and Gurugram. availability in Grade A development, and exploring buildings which are premium Grade- A, upcoming in 2025-2026. In 2023, TEC expanded its footprint with an addition of 26 new centres across its network worldwide.
