The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a new property, "The Fern Misty Hills Resort" in Karjat, Maharashtra. The property is an under-construction resort further expands the hotel chain's footprint in Maharashtra. The resort, located in Misty Hills, Village Jamrungh, Post Ambivali, Karjat, will have 74 elegantly designed rooms, in a blend of contemporary comforts with nature-inspired aesthetics.
