Real estate developer Trehan Group will develop residential plots, named ‘Trehan Vistaar’, on the Delhi-Bhiwadi state highway in Alwar, Rajasthan. The project will get a boost through the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), which will provide strong inter-state connectivity and travel mobility.
The project envisions a four-phase development, with the first phase comprising 393 plots, and expected to be delivered within two years. The company will make provision for residential township features such as a clubhouse, parks, water harvesting, and sewerage facilities, and wide roads within the gated project.
Plots are majorly end-user-driven with a high appreciation potential in the future, and to this end, the company has launched the residential plot project in the region. Also, Delhi-Bhiwadi Highway is closely connected to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, which promises long-term investment returns.
Trehan Group, which is expanding into tier-one and two real estate markets, has already delivered residential projects, prominently in Alwar, Bhiwadi, and Neemrana in Rajasthan. The Group has projects like ‘Trehan Amrit Kalash’ and ‘Apna Ghar Shalimar’ in Alwar as its offerings include apartments and residential societies in the region.
Trehan Group is currently developing 320 uxury independent floors in Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.
