Trident Realty has announced a Rs 1,200-crore integrated township project in Haryana’s Panipat, reflecting the shift towards non-Metro demand.
Strategically located on the Delhi–Chandigarh NH-44 corridor, Panipat is benefiting from improved connectivity, rising incomes and expanding industrial activity. Spread across nearly 125 acres in Sectors 19A and 40, Trident Parktown will be developed in phases, with the first phase offering over 400 residential plots. The project is designed as a wellness-oriented township, combining plotted development, housing, retail and community spaces to meet evolving lifestyle aspirations. Developers see tier-2 cities as attractive due to demand for larger homes and community-centric living at relatively affordable prices.
Highlighting the city’s potential, Trident Realty Chairman SK Narvar said, “Panipat represents the next phase of urban growth—where infrastructure, connectivity, and aspiration intersect.” The project underscores a broader recalibration of India’s real estate strategy.
