Buyer interest and investor activity are surging in Trump Tower residential projects across India, particularly in Delhi–NCR, where current projects are sold-out. At least six additional high-end Trump Towers are expected in India over the next few years.

Donald Trump Junior is scheduled to visit India this year to launch these projects, with upcoming locations including Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, and Gurugram.

India currently hosts four Trump Tower projects in - Mumbai, Gurugram, Pune, and Kolkata, with a combined space of three million sq. ft., approx.imately 800 luxury residences, and a sale value of Rs 7,500 crore. Apartments range from Rs six crore to Rs 25 crore. 

Approval for the Delhi NCR project is expected shortly, with residences ready for handover soon. The Kolkata project is also progressing, with the facade completed and finishing work underway. If the upcoming projects come to fruition, the total floor area for Trump-branded properties in India will reach approx. eight million sq. ft., with a potential sale value of Rs 15,000 crore.
