UAE-based Shaiva Group and Taranis Capital have signed memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with five companies to invest Rs 2,125 crore in various projects across Telangana. The MoUs were inked in the presence of Telangana’s Industries and IT Minister D Sridhar Babu at the State Secretariat in Hyderabad on 10 June, 2025.
The projects are expected to generate work opportunities for 5,020 people. The involved companies include Revelations Biotech, Manakin Bio, Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors, Exigent Drilling Technology, and Yentra Tech Controls. Revelations Biotech's Rs 1,360 crore project aims to create employment for 3,080 persons. Manakin Bio’s Rs 340 crore AI-driven pathogen detection project will provide work opportunities for 810 persons, while Yentra Tech’s Rs 255 crore food shelf-life extension initiative is set to generate 640 work roles. Svobodha Infinity’s Rs 80 crore wealth management project, and Exigent Drilling’s Rs 90 crore investment is expected to create 220 and 270 job opportunities.
“Today, we mark another significant milestone… with the generation of 5,020 new employment opportunities,” he said. The Minister also noted a potential Rs 24,000 crore future investment in biotech, AI, defence, fintech, and infrastructure sectors including “Fourth City” and “AI City.”
