Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the Jhansi Exhibition Centre (JEC) today, a landmark project developed by the Jhansi Development Authority and designed by BOOTES, India’s first Net-Zero engineering company.
Spanning 21 acres with over 65,000 sq. ft. of built-up space, the JEC is equipped to host social gatherings of up to 10,000 people, conferences, exhibitions, cultural programs, and business events. The state-of-the-art facility features sustainable technologies like hydro-based cooling, renewable power generation, natural daylighting, and water-saving systems, making it one of North India’s most eco-friendly public infrastructure projects.
The centre aims to boost Jhansi’s position as a hub for culture, business, and tourism in the Bundelkhand region. JDA Vice Chairman Alok Yadav highlighted its potential to create jobs and promote sustainable growth, while BOOTES’ founder Deepak Rai praised JEC as a future-ready platform supporting Bundelkhand’s aspirations.
