UP RERA has approved seven new real estate projects across five cities in Uttar Pradesh, valued at Rs 416.94 crore.
The projects will add 1,024 residential and commercial units in Noida, Lucknow, Mathura, Bareilly, and Meerut. In Noida, two commercial projects have been approved, together worth Rs 181.36 crore and comprising 298 units. Mathura will see two residential projects worth Rs 154.92 crore, providing 565 units. Lucknow has approved one commercial project costing Rs 27.65 crore, featuring 30 units.
Bareilly will benefit from a Rs 24.56 crore residential project with 106 units. Meerut will see a Rs 28.45 crore mixed-use project with 25 units. These developments aim to promote balanced growth, enhancing both residential and commercial infrastructure across the state.
