Vardhman Amrante, a real estate venture backed by the Oswal Group, has unveiled plans to invest Rs 1,350 crore in Punjab over the next three years.
This investment will be channelled into various real estate segments, including residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and related sectors. The move underscores the Group's strategic vision to contribute meaningfully to the state’s urban and economic development.
The projects will primarily focus on Ludhiana, one of Punjab's key urban centres, and will extend to other rapidly developing areas across the state. The company affirmed that the investment is supported by the Oswal Group’s financial standing.
“Over the next decade, we are committed to redefining the region’s urban blueprint through high-end residential and commercial developments, setting new benchmarks for quality and innovation,” Chairman and Managing Director of the Oswal Group, Adish Oswal said. The initiative is designed to align with Punjab’s broader urban development goals, positioning Vardhman Amrante as a central player in the state’s real estate transformation.
