WeWork India has announced plans to expand its Hyderabad capacity by adding 3,300 desks by June 2026.
This expansion comes with an investment of Rs 100 crore, which will be funded through a mix of debt and internal accruals. The company aims to meet the increasing demand for co-working spaces in the city, further enhancing its operational capacity. Currently, WeWork India's total desk capacity stands at 1,21,638, with a utilisation rate of 83.9 percent. The planned expansion will contribute significantly to the growing demand for flexible office spaces in Hyderabad.
As the company stated, “The expansion aims to cater to the rising demand and continue to offer world-class co-working solutions.” This investment underscores WeWork India's commitment to expanding its footprint in India’s thriving co-working market and strengthening its position in the Hyderabad region.
