Karmvir Intelligent Infra is constructing a hotel-cum-commercial complex 'Karmvir Sky City' at Marol, Andheri (East) in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The proposed project will span over 1.17 acres of land parcel comprising construction of a hotel building of 3B+G+11 floors, and a commercial building of 3B+G+4 floors with offices with parking facility.
The project also involves setting up a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 220 klpd.
On 09 January 2023, Karmvir Intelligent Infra was accorded environment clearance from the state environment impact assessment authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra.
According to the information available with Projects Today, work on the project has been commenced and the company expects to complete the work by Q4/FY27.
