KGA International Trades is planning to develop a shopping mall-cum-multiplex KGA Mall in Kottayam district of Kerala.
The project will come up over 3.98 acre of land parcel. The project will see development of a building with six floors including parking area, shopping mall, multiplex, restaurant / food court, banquet hall, and hotel room.
As per the latest information available with Projects Today, work on the project is expected to commence by August 2022.
The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) has accorded environment clearance for the project.
