Yugen Infra, a joint venture of Timespro Consulting and V K Developers, forayed into the burgeoning real estate market of the country with a grand residential project near New Goa International Airport, also known as MOPA. This project is expected to commence by January 2024.

Nearly 300 acres of land has been acquired in MOPA, which boasts of several amenities and smooth inter-state connectivity. The estimated cumulative gross development value (GDV) of this project is Rs 1,000 crore. The company is making an investment of Rs 150 crore in the first phase of this project.

The project has the advantage of location with the Manohar International Airport and many star hotels in the adjacent surroundings, as well as the green coastal area. Connectivity to mainline Goa and close proximity to the commercial centres further add to the project's futuristic appeal. 

Apart from this project, the realty firm is also coming up with many mega projects in Delhi-NCR. VK Developers has been in the construction business for over 25 years, while Timespro is in the real estate broking business.
