Arkade Developers has officially secured cluster redevelopment rights in Mumbai. It has registered the development agreement (DA) for Satya Shreepal Nagar A CHS, Om Shreepal Nagar B & C CHS, Sheetal Shreepal CHS, and Sai Shreepal CHS, located near Mahavir Nagar.

The project spans 7,084 sq. mtrs. and is expected to generate a projected saleable carpet area of approx. 2.44 lakh sq. ft., with an estimated top line of Rs 865 crore. Strategically situated in one of Mumbai’s most well-connected residential zones, the redevelopment project signifies the rising trend of large-scale, community-oriented urban transformation across the city.
