BEML has secured a government order worth Rs 185.65 crore for the supply of 79 Power Angling & Tilting (PAT) bulldozers to the Ministry of Defence (MoD). This latest contract follows BEML’s successful completion of a previous order for 66 bulldozers, which were all delivered ahead of schedule.

The PAT bulldozers are BEML’s flagship product, specifically designed to meet the operational requirements of the defence sector. These machines are manufactured in India, supporting the government's goal of boosting domestic defence production.

BEML, which operates under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence, functions across three key verticals: construction and mining, rail and metro, and defence and aerospace. The company’s consistent delivery of high-quality indigenous equipment has reinforced its position as a critical supplier to India’s armed forces and infrastructure projects.
