Real estate developer BPTP Group will invest Rs 3,000 crore to develop a premium residential project in Gurugram as part of its ongoing expansion.

The 12.05-acre project, located in Sector 102 along the Dwarka Expressway, will comprise approx. 1,600 apartments and will be executed in three phases over a period of 5–6 years. The first phase, Amstoria Verti Greens, was launched earlier this year with 885 homes. Recently, the company unveiled the second phase, GAIA Residences, which includes 531 apartments priced from Rs 3.85 crore onwards.

BPTP has delivered over 25,000 homes and maintains a strong presence in the Faridabad and Gurugram regions of Delhi-NCR. The upcoming project adds to the growing momentum in Gurugram’s booming real estate sector.
