Bengaluru-based real estate giant Brigade Group has acquired a prime ~20.19-acre land parcel in the rapidly developing Whitefield–Hoskote corridor of Bengaluru.
The outright purchase was completed through Ananthay Properties, a subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises, at a transaction value of Rs 588.33 crore. Strategically located near major IT hubs, industrial zones, and upcoming infrastructure projects, the newly acquired site is slated for a large-scale mixed-use development with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 5,200 crore.
The project will feature approx. 4.2 million sq. ft. of built-up area, integrating residential, commercial, and retail spaces to create a comprehensive urban ecosystem.
In May, Brigade Group also acquired around 11-acre land parcel near ITPL in Whitefield for a premium commercial development, targeting a gross leasable area of about 1.5 million sq. ft. and a GDV exceeding Rs 2,000 crore.
