On 10 July, 2025, the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) officially approved the residential project 'PRANA' located at Plot number 26-C in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

The project will be executed by Nila Urban Living, a subsidiary of the Company, in which the parent firm holds a 90 percent equity stake. This regulatory nod, granted under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and its associated rules and regulations, marks a significant milestone for the project. With RERA clearance now in hand, the company is authorised to commence commercial activities and marketing for “PRANA,” paving the way for full-scale execution and customer engagement.

The project at GIFT City, India’s first operational smart city and international financial services hub, is expected to benefit from strategic location advantages and growing demand for quality urban residential infrastructure.
