Mumbai-based real estate firm House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has forayed into the luxury hospitality sector with the launch of Miros Hotels & Resorts, debuting with its first property in Goa.
Known for its plotted developments and villas in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Goa, HoABL recently entered vertical real estate with three high-rise projects in Mumbai, backed by Rs 2,500 crore investment and expected revenue of Rs 3,500 crore. “We’re now creating destinations that are rooted in emotion, curated with care, and designed to leave behind memories that last a lifetime,” said Abhinandan Lodha, Chairperson of HoABL.
The company plans to expand Miros’ footprint to Alibaug, Matheran, and other high-end destinations in Goa and along the Konkan coast. While HoABL will manage the Miros brand, it will also partner with hospitality management companies for certain properties. Talks are underway with various partners for future collaborations.
Ranvir Bhandari, President of Miros Hotels & Resorts, noted, “Luxury today isn’t about the opulence of stays, but about rare moments crafted with warmth and authenticity.” In November 2024, HoABL acquired 352 acres across cities like Amritsar, Varanasi, Vrindavan, and Shimla, with Rs 3,000 crore in planned investment and USD one billion revenue potential.
