Hyatt Hotels Corporation is set to debut its extended-stay brand, Hyatt House, in India's National Capital Region with a new property in Noida Sector-140A.

The 127-key hotel will form part of a larger mixed-use development project called The Flagship, being developed by IT Infrastructure Park, a subsidiary of CRC Group. Located in a fast-developing business corridor, the hotel aims to meet the rising demand for long-term accommodations fueled by growing corporate presence in IT/ITeS, manufacturing, and related sectors.

Hyatt House Noida will cater to business travellers, expatriates, project consultants, and relocating professionals seeking residential-style lodging with lifestyle conveniences. The property will offer amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness centre, recreation zone, and diverse dining options including an all-day restaurant, poolside bar, and grab-and-go café.

The project reflects Hyatt’s strategy to redefine extended-stay experiences in emerging business hubs.
