Real estate developer NeoLiv is set to launch a 62-acre township project in Faridabad, Haryana, with a projected revenue potential of Rs 2,300 crore, as part of its expansion strategy.
The development, located in Sectors 98 and 99A, will primarily offer housing plots and villas. While the company has entered into a management agreement for the land, it has not disclosed the landowner’s identity, or the overall investment value. Mohit Malhotra, Founder and CEO of NeoLiv, described this as the company’s largest project to date and a key milestone in one of the fastest-growing regions of the National Capital Region (NCR).
NeoLiv’s strategic focus is on catering to increasing housing demand in emerging suburban markets. In addition to Faridabad, the developer is also working on residential projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Sonipat. The project highlights NeoLiv’s aim to leverage rapid urbanisation and rising affordability in NCR suburbs.
