Organo Eco Habitats is planning to develop a residential villas Organo Kandawada in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
The project will spread over 24.51 acre of land parcel. The project will see development of total 52 villas with sports amenities on ground floor including parking facility.
In July 2022, Organo Eco Habitats has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Telangana for the project.
As per the information gathered by Projects Today, Organo Eco Habitats is awaiting Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) approval letter.
Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022.
