Primus Senior Living, a real estate company specialising in homes for the elderly, has sold all 120 luxury flats in its latest project, 'Primus Darpan,' in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Located on Kanakapura Road in South Bengaluru, the project generated over Rs 180 crore in sales within just two weeks of its launch, highlighting strong demand among senior citizens for independent and community-oriented living spaces. The flats, priced between Rs 1.1 crore and Rs 1.9 crore, are part of a 2.05-acre development set to be completed by 2027.
Founder and Managing Director of Primus Senior Living, Adarsh Narahari attributed the rapid sales to a growing preference among seniors for homes that emphasize lifestyle, well-being, and community living. "The overwhelming response to Primus Darpan reflects a significant shift, as seniors increasingly embrace the concept of independent, community-focused living that prioritizes their lifestyle, well-being, and evolving needs," he said.
Primus Senior Living is expanding its footprint, with plans to deliver over 3,500 senior living homes in cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. Earlier in October this year the company raised USD 20 million in funding from investors, including General Catalyst, to support its growth initiatives.
