VPR Projects plans to develop Residential Villas 'The Capital Luxx' at Madhurawada village in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh (Phase-I). The project is to be implemented in phases.

The project, which will spread over 32.23 acres of land, comprises 138 villas of G+2 floors and a clubhouse of two basements+G+3 floors including various modern amenities like parking, banquet halls, indoor games, gym and others. It will also include the construction of a sewage treatment plant (STP) with capacity of 170 kld, based on a bio-hybrid system.

In June, 2022, the company obtained environmental clearance (EC) from MoEF&CC for the project.

As per the latest updates shared with Projects Today, design and specification work is currently underway.

The process for appointment of the contractor has been initiated.
