Titagarh Rail Systems in consortium with Titagarh Firema, associate company, has received letter of approval (LoA) from the Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation for the supply of 12 additional trainsets for Pune Metro Rail project.

The company will undertake the design, manufacture, supply, testing, and commissioning of passenger rolling stock (electrical multiple units), and training of personnel. The contract valued at Rs 430.53 crore is scheduled to be completed within 30 months.
