Venwind Refex Power (VRPL), a subsidiary of Refex Industries has signed a term sheet for the supply of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and tubular towers for wind power projects in Gujarat, valued at Rs 474.45 crore. 

The contract is awarded by a leading independent power producer (IPP) known for delivering turnkey wind farm solutions across India, promoting sustainable energy. The order includes technical and supervisory assistance for casting WTG foundations and erection of WTGs. The execution timeline is divided into two phases: Rs 142.33 crore worth of orders to be completed by March 2026, and the remaining Rs 332.12 crore by March 2027.

This project will contribute significantly to expanding renewable energy capacity in Gujarat, supporting India’s green energy goals. VRPL’s involvement reflects growing momentum in wind power infrastructure development, underscoring the increasing adoption of clean energy solutions in the country.
