Renuka Realty is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex ‘Renuka Panchtattva’ at Tathawade in Pune, Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 5.40 acres of land parcel, and comprises construction of five high-rise towers of two basement+G+20 and 21 upper floors with 796 flats, commercial shops and club house, including various modern amenities.

In September 2022, Renuka Realty received environmental clearance from SEIAA, Maharashtra for the project.

As per the latest information shared with Projects Today, work on the project has commenced recently.

The company expects to complete the project by December 2026.
