Suchirindia Infratech new residential complex 'The Tales of Greek' is under construction, with the company having completed 20 percent of the work at Sathamrai in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

The proposed project will span over 2.45 acres of land parcel and will include a tower with 2B+G+16 floors, 393 apartments, and various modern amenities.

As per the updates available with Projects Today, Suchirindia Infratech received environment clearance for the project on 19 March 2020.

The architectural work has been assigned to Mr Vishewanatham Bala Bhargavi, the structural work to Mr Narayandas Vamshi Krishna, and the contractors are from the company's in-house team.

The company expects to complete the project by August 2024.
