The Gwalior Municipal Corporation (GMC) has invited bids for the selection of a concessionaire to develop a municipal solid waste (MSW) processing facility, including installation of a waste-to-biogas plant and MRF facility at Kedarpur in Madhya Pradesh.

The project will be developed on a design, build, finance, operate (on royalty), and transfer (DBFOT) basis under a public-private partnership (PPP) model, at an estimated cost of Rs 75.27 crore.

The last date for the submission of bids is 28 July, 2025.
