Deepak Builders & Engineers India has won a contract from Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) for the development of Unity Mall in Sector-37, HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Karnal. The contract, valued at Rs 142.6 crore, will be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis.

The scope of work includes comprehensive planning, design, engineering, procurement, and construction of the Unity Mall, along with all other contingent works. The contract also involves obtaining all required statutory approvals. The construction timeline is of 24 months, followed by a defect liability period (DLP) of 36 months.

Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of all services for a period of 12 months post-completion. The mall is expected to become a significant commercial hub in the region, supporting local businesses and enhancing economic activity.
