Innovators Façade Systems has bagged a contract from Larsen & Tourbo (L&T) for execution of facade works for the development of Common Central Secretariat (CCS) buildings 6 and 7, located at Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi.

The scope of work includes design, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of façade works. The contract valued at Rs 61.11 crore to be executed by October 2026.

Earlier this year, L&T was awarded a contract by CPWD for  the  CCS buildings 6 and 7 with a basement, two podiums, an upper ground floor, and six additional floors.
