Shreehari Buildcon intends to develop a residential complex 'Shreedhar Royal' at Vastral in Ahmedabad district of Gujarat.

The upcoming project with a built-up area of 30,114.05 sq. mtrs. will cover over 1.76 acres of land. It would comprise residential flats of Block 'A', 'B' and 'C' with B+GF with parking facilities, first floor to 12th floors within the residential component.

According to the updates shared with Projects Today, Shreehari Buildcon anticipates to begin work on the project by January 2024, and is in the process of finalising the contract.

Presently, the company is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) for the proposed project.
