Viva Highways is developing a commercial complex at Wadala village in Nashik district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 2.04 acres of land, comprising a building (Wing B) with 2B+G+11 floors with offices, including a parking facility.

Construction work on 'Wing A' has  already been completed, and work on the project commenced in November 2022. Viva Highways received environmental clearance (EC) from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra in January this year.

According to the updates shared with Projects Today, around 30 percent work on the project has been completed.
