Incharz (Servotech EV Infra), one of India’s fastest-growing charge point operators and EV charging infrastructure developers, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Noida Power Company (NPCL), to scale up electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across Greater Noida.

The MoU was formally signed by Sanket Srivastava, Head, PMS & Sustainability, NPCL, and Prem Prakash, CEO, Incharz. Described as a strategic partnership, the collaboration is expected to significantly contribute to India's clean mobility transition by making EV charging more accessible and efficient in key urban zones. As part of this initiative, the two entities will work together to identify and develop EV charging stations at high-footfall locations, including residential societies, corporate buildings, commercial complexes, and hospitals.

NPCL, a joint venture between the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, will facilitate the process by recommending strategic sites and coordinating with DISCOMs to reduce infrastructure setup time and costs. In the initial phase, EV charging stations have already been installed at Stellar Jeevan with 7.4 kW and 10 kW AC chargers, and at Ace Divino, featuring a 40 kW DC charger and a 10 kW AC charger that can simultaneously charge three two-wheelers.
