NCR-based real estate firm Whiteland Corporation entered into a pact with Marriott International to bring Westin Residences to Gurugram. The total project investment is estimated at around Rs 5,600 crore, which includes construction cost of Rs 5,000 crore and land cost of Rs 600 crore. The expected topline is Rs 15,000 crore.

Located along the Dwarka Expressway, Westin Residences Gurugram positioned in Sector 103, is slated to be the largest branded residences and the first standalone residential (without a hotel on-site) property in India under the Westin brand, which blends wellness and world-class hospitality. The first phase, consisting of 674 exclusive residences, is set to be launched in the second quarter of this financial year.
