Mumbai-focused developer Oberoi Realty which has its two key residential projects at Pokhran Road and Kolshet in Thane are now slated to be launched by the third quarter of FY24. The projects had faced delays earlier, and the launch is likely to coincide with the festival season this year.

The Pokhran Road project offers two, three and four-BHK apartments, with modern amenities and is close to schools, colleges, hospitals, malls, and other facilities, while affording connectivity.

Meanwhile, the company’s ongoing residential project at Goregaon East, 'Elysian' is also expected to see the launch of a new tower in FY24. The lifestyle-oriented project is complemented by a mall, an international school, a luxury hotel and office spaces, set apart by expansive greenery.

Moreover, as Thane is a new market for Oberoi Realty, its efforts to create a land bank will enable the developer to expand its existing asset holdings in Thane.
