1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

FLO TSIIC Industrial Park launched, land allotted to women entrepreneurs

Telangana Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development KT Rama Rao launched the FLO TSIIC Industrial Park. FLO Hyderabad and TSIIC handed over the allotment letters to 18 FLO women entrepreneurs at the FLO TSIIC Industrial Park, Sultanpur. The FLO TSIIC Women’s Industrial Park is spread over 50 acre.

The state government through various industrial parks has allocated 200 acre of land parcel to three different women bodies of women entrepreneurs to set up exclusive women industrial parks. Of these, it has allocated 50 acre to FLO at Sultanpur; 30 acre to COWE at Toopran and 120 acre to ALEAP.

FLO

Land was allocated to Hikari LED led by Sumita Srimal. The company will work on manufacturing of energy efficient, clean and eco-friendly lighting using Emitting Diodes (LEDs). The company is expected to make an investment of Rs 28 crore and create 200 jobs.

Pixeled India by Vinita Surana, deals with manufacturing of LED lights. The company will infuse Rs five to seven crore and will provide employment to 75 people.

Polmon Process Controls will be set up by Usha Rani Manne. The company will set up a measuring and control instrumentation and automation solutions provider at an investment of Rs 9.5 crore and will create 200 jobs.

Apart from this, land was allocated to Deccan Ensemble by Kavita Jalan. The company will set up silicon rubber compounding facility at a cost of Rs 14.10 crore. The project will create 230 jobs.

The state government has also reserved 10 percent of land in all the 140 various industrial parks for women entrepreneurs.

The industries will be set up at an investment of Rs 150 crore in Phase-I and generate employment opportunities for 1,500 employment.

The park will house 100 percent women-owned and women-run businesses representing varied industry verticals primarily in the green category. 

The applicants belong to various industries such as packaging, organic handloom apparel, electronics and electrical, medical devices, food processing, among others.

The industries will be developed in six to 12 months period.
