Godrej Properties has entered into an agreement with a land owner to develop a housing project near Mumbai.
The realty firm has entered into a development management agreement to develop a property situated in Badlapur, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The affordable housing project will have 1.3 million sq ft of saleable area.
Godrej Properties, the real estate arm of the Godrej Group, is presently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across 103 million sq ft in 12 cities.
