National Highways Authority of India,
on 30 January 2006, signed concession agreements with Reliance Energy for two
highway development projects on NH-7 in Tamil Nadu. The contract awarded on BOT
basis is valued at Rs.490 crore. The two stretches are part of NHDP (Phase II).
