Ansal Properties & Infrastructure has launched an Integrated Township at Agra, strategically located near the Delhi - Agra Highway, on the Ring Road, Agra. The township, named as "Sushant Taj City", will come up in about 460 acres of land.

This integrated township will have in-house amenities like educational institutions, hospitals, clubs, hotels, and multiplexes. It will also have a shopping mall 'Ansal Plaza'. In addition to the environment friendly landscapes and earthquake resistant structures, the township will have 24 hours water supply and 100 per cent power backup with state-of-art fire-fighting systems.

Sushant Taj City has been approved under the National Housing Policy by Uttar Pradesh Government. The Company has been registered by Agra Development Authority.

The project is expected to have a turnover of approx. Rs.20 billion in next 7-8 years.
