inter-connecting power facilities in its Mumbai High offshore fields.

post-installation), design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation,
modification of existing platforms, laying of submarine cables, hook-up, testing

necessary top side deck modification and installation of switch gears.
The first phase of the project is to
be completed by April 2009 and the second phase by March 2010.
