Jaiswal & Associates has been awarded a
consultancy contract from Agra Development Authority (ADA) for developing a
housing project - ADA Heights - at Agra.
It is learnt that, a global tender was invited
twice for the housing project after the set of applicants failed to meet the
requirements put up by ADA. Around 22 consulting companies had applied for the
contract including overseas firms.
The proposed Rs.50 crore housing project will be
a eight storey structure with 224 flats and will have equipped hospitals,
established schools, banks, famous hotels together with shopping plazas and
malls in the neighborhood.
Work on the project is likely to commence by
March 2008 with completion scheduled within two years.
