Parsvnath Developers Ltd (PDL) has received environmental clearance from the
State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Haryana, for its township
project, Parsvnath Paliwal City, at Panipat in Haryana. The township is being
developed at a cost of Rs 212.56 crore.
PDL is expected to start the construction work shortly. As per the plan, the
company shall be developing the 162 acres township comprising 927 residential
plots in phases. Four per cent area has been reserved for commercial activity.
The township will be developed on a plot area of 657547 sq. mtrs and the total
built up area will be 216677.45 sq. mtrs. The township consists of plots, group
housing, and shopping mall with multiplex, club with swimming pool, dispensary
and school, among others.
