CMI FPE has bagged two orders from Indian Steel Corporation and Safal Group respectively.

The first order is from Indian Steel Corporation for the supply of continuous galvanizing line of 250,000 tpa production capacity with products up to 1.6 mm thickness. The line will be installed near Gandhidham in Gujarat and is likely to commence production by mid-2010. The line will produce full hard as well as soft grades up to EDDQ and have skin pass mill, tension leveler, close loop zinc coating weight control, level two automation and CMI thermline patented 'Blowstab' technology for furnace & after pot coolers.

The second order is from Safal Group for the supply of a six Hi Reversing Cold Rolling Mill of 200,000 tpa production capacity with products 0.12 to 1.6 mm thickness. The mill will be installed at Ethiopia and is likely to commence production by early-2010.
