Maytas Infra has bagged an order worth Rs 790 crore from IL&FS Transportation
Networks Ltd (ITNL) for the construction of the Pune-Sholapur road.
ITNL was awarded the work of four-laning of Pune-Sholapur section of NH-9
from Km 144.40 to Km 249.00 in Maharashtra on DBFOT basis by the NHAI. This
project is to be completed in 20 months.
Some of the features of the project are widening of two lane highway to four
lane highway of 104.60 km, realignment of length of 4.750 km (Sholapur bypass),
construction of two Road Over Bridge's, 197 culverts, 25.250 km LHS+57.800 km
RHS service roads with a completion period of 24 months.
