The Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region and Mines has cleared two
North Eastern Council road projects worth Rs 174.98 crore.
The sanction was based on the recommendations of the Expenditure Finance
Committee of the Ministry. The two road projects are Longding-Nokja Road,
Arunachal Pradesh/Nagaland at an estimated cost of Rs 84.34 crore and
Agia-Medhipara-Phulbari-Tura Road, Meghalaya, at the estimated cost of Rs 90.64
crore.
