Supertech on 10 March 2010 launched an eco-centric affordable project, Eco
Village in Noida. The project is based on the concept of zero carbon emission to
provide eco-friendly surroundings.
Eco-Village is a residential project, spread over an area of 50 acre, which
includes 6,000 units. The project entailing a cost of Rs 900 crore will be
constructed in two phases and is expected to complete in 30 months.
The project comprises of 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments, area of which ranges
between 550 to 2,275 sq ft. The cost of apartments is to start from Rs 9.75 lakh.
The project is to have amenities like swimming pool, health club, medical
centre, ayurvedic massage centre, amphitheatre etc.
The company has chalked out a Rs 4,000 crore investment plan for developing
15 realty projects across North India in the next three years.
Currently, the company is developing 12 residential and three commercial
projects located across Noida, Meerut, Haridwar, and Rudrapur. Supertech is
developing a luxury residential project in Noida with 750 units, besides
constructing a 1,500-unit township at a cost of Rs 500 crore.
