The board of directors of Kajaria Ceramics on 16 March 2010 has approved to
set up a manufacturing facility of six million sq mtrs capacity for production of polished and
glazed vitrified tiles at its existing location at Gailpur (Rajasthan).
The expansion plan is to cost Rs 125 crore. The same is to be financed by way
of debt and internal accruals. The commercial production is expected to start by
end-December 2010.
